Yes — native runtime + WebCodecs hardware decode means hour-long source files edit smoothly. Browser editors (Veed, ScreenPal) and SaaS tools tend to stall past ~10-15 minutes; that's not a constraint here.

Does PandaStudio export captions as separate SRT/VTT files for my LMS?

Yes. Export Library has a 'Caption export' option that produces SRT or VTT sidecar files alongside the MP4 — exactly what Teachable / Thinkific / Podia / Kajabi / most LMS platforms expect. Or burn captions into the video for YouTube; both options.

Can the agent process all my recorded modules in batch?

Yes — that's where the CLI shines. A shell script or a Claude Code session can iterate over a folder of recordings, run the same edit pipeline (transcribe, remove fillers, generate captions, generate chapter timestamps, export to MP4 + SRT) on each one. Is course content private?

PandaStudio is local-first — recordings, edits, and exports happen on your machine. AI metadata generation calls out to your chosen LLM provider (Anthropic / OpenAI / Replicate) using your key. Course-content audio and video bytes stay on your disk unless you explicitly publish.
