Add zoom effects to a video in PandaStudio
PandaStudio adds punch-in zooms with an optional whoosh sound effect, placed on a chosen moment and able to follow the speaker's face or the cursor.
Zooms add energy and direct attention. Drop a zoom on the timeline, set how far it punches in, and point it at a face or the cursor. Anchor it to a transcript word so it stays glued to the right moment even after you trim. A sound effect on the zoom makes the cut feel intentional.
In the app
- 1Hover the middle overlay row on the timeline and click the + button, then Add zoom.
- 2Drag the region to cover the moment you want emphasized.
- 3Set the zoom depth (how far it punches in) and the focus point.
- 4Optionally enable follow-cursor or reframe on the face.
Ask the AI
Open the AI chat in the editor and say any of these. The agent does the edits for you.
“Put a zoom on every time I mention a number.”
“Punch in on my face when I say the key line.”
“Add a zoom with a whoosh when the demo starts.”
