Undo an AI edit, and queue or steer messages, in PandaStudio
Every AI agent turn that changes your PandaStudio project gets an Undo this run button that puts the whole project back the way it was, and while the agent works, Enter queues your next message and Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows) steers it.
An agent turn can touch dozens of things at once: cuts, captions, graphics, music. Undo this run, under the agent's reply, restores the whole project to how it was before that turn, in one click, and becomes Redo run so you can compare. If you edited the project after the run, PandaStudio lists what would be lost and asks before going ahead. Files the agent generated, such as images, music or renders, stay on your disk. The newest 20 runs per project can be undone. You also don't have to wait for the agent to finish to say something: a message sent while it works is queued and goes out when it is done, and a steering message stops the current turn and goes out next.
In the app
- 1Under an agent reply that changed the project, click Undo this run. The project goes back to how it was before that turn.
- 2Click Redo run to put the changes back.
- 3If you edited the project after that run, a list of what would be lost appears. Click Undo anyway to go ahead, or Cancel.
- 4While the agent is working, type a message and press Enter to queue it. It shows above the box as Queued and sends when the agent finishes. Click the x on it to drop it.
- 5To correct the agent mid-turn, press Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows) or click Steer. The agent stops and your message is sent next.
- 6Clicking Stop puts any queued messages back in the box, unsent.
Ask the AI
Open the AI chat in the editor and say any of these. The agent does the edits for you.
CLI & MCP
Every capability is a verb, reachable from the terminal or from an MCP agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, Continue, Claude Desktop).
pandastudio agent.run-list --projectId=$ID
Runs that changed the project, oldest first: runId, prompt, createdAt and whether each is undone.
pandastudio agent.run-restore --projectId=$ID --runId=$RUN
Undoes the run, or redoes it when it is undone. Over later edits it changes nothing and returns confirmationRequired with laterEdits and a revision; pass --confirmRevision only after the user agrees to lose them.
